If I order more than 5 copies to EU, Asia or Worldwide, what do I pay for shipping?
Shipping internationally is expensive, and unfortunately it doesn’t get much cheaper until you are shipping a massive amount. If you are ordering more than 5 games, you are required to add $7 per game for shipping if you are located in Asia. If you are located in Canada, USA, Australia or EU, all shipping is included. For everywhere else, please contact us directly for an accurate quote.

It will include a board graphic, card graphics, and all required tiles and tokens. It does not include 3D print files.

If my order exceeds 50 copies, do we receive 2 Zeus copies?
Unfortunately not. Zeus copies are hand assembled by our small, focused team. They also require a great deal of care to assemble. Because of this, we do not want to over commit to having to produce too many Zeus copies, as this increases the probability of them being delivered late. Delivering on time is extremely important to us.

How many players are supported by Santorini
Santorini was designed to be best as a 2 player experience. We strongly recommend it be played as a 2 player game. That said, we will also be including a 3 player free-for-all mode as well as a 4 player team game variant in the rulebook for those times you really want to play with a group!

Is the White Box a Kickstarter Exclusive?
Yes. However, it is possible that we may release a similar (yet different) cover in future print runs, or to the niche retail market.

Do I receive the P&P files as a member of a "group buy"?
Roxley does not have any direct involvement with group buys. We have not hand selected people running group buys, and therefore we cannot enforce rules or expectations on them. We certainly appreciate the effort they are putting in, but as a buyer, you should be aware that group buy organizers are in NO WAY affiliated with Roxley Games.
The P&P level is available to full backers on a per-request basis only (We don’t just send it to everyone, regardless of whether or not they asked for it).
In order to properly control the deployment of P&P files, the only people what will officially receive the P&P files, are those who have actually backed the project on Kickstarter at a P&P or higher level.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
