Ok, more like 99.6% complete. There are always a few straggling packages after fulfillment. Some Australia / NZ packages in particular make take a few more days to arrive. We are also continuing to ship out preorders.
We will be posting a large update next weekend!
Fulfillment Complete
All packages have been shipped out in all zones. There may be a few in your zone that have not yet arrived, in particular, the Australia / NZ zone.

When fulfilling a campaign of over 7000 backers, there are sure to be a few shipping mishaps. For those unlucky few of you who had a package delayed, turned back, or lost in the mail, we would like to extend a huge thank you to you for all of your patience.
Ken Wynne from Wynners Circle Games created an amazing mod for his copy of Santorini! Our eyes lit up when we saw this cuteness! Looks like a recipe for a romantic gaming night!
Can this be taken further? Sensors that turn on the lights when a pawn enters a space or when it's built on?

Status Report - 2017.01.15 - Australia / NZ Shipping Approaches!

Zone 5 - EU & Middle East - Happyshops is reporting that fulfilment will complete early this week. Many of the larger orders need to be repackaged to minimize probability of damage. Properly packing these larger orders takes a bit of time. There are also some of the smaller orders included in this back up. They've increased their staff by 3 additional people to expedite this, and suggest they will be completely finished next week. A big thank you to everyone for your patience with this delay. We will post updates in the comment section when we receive word on when they predict fulfillment will be complete.
Zone 3 - Australia & NZ - Gameology has still not received the game. They have provided us an updated today suggesting it will arrive at their warehouse on Tuesday. Fulfillment should begin in by midweek. Apologies again for the delays here, we are really hoping for a fast turn around from the Gameology crew. Luckily there are much fewer backers in Australia & NZ than there were in EU.

Zone 1 - Canada - Starlit Citadel sent the last of the packages out to our Canadian backers on Friday. Huge thanks to their team for the quick execution!

Zone 5 - EU & Middle East - Happyshops has now shipped out the majority of the the packages. They've done a fantastic job so far! We expect this to wrap up within the next few days.
Zone 3 - Australia & NZ - Begins January 12 - As we've said last week, the freight has been subjected to an inspection, creating a delay. Last week we errantly stated that fulfillment will begin on January 10. While the games will reach Australia by January 10, they will not reach Gameology until January 12. This miscommunication was Roxley's error. On January 12 they will begin packing and printing shipping labels. The game should then leave Gameology after the weekend. We have now locked down everyone's addresses and marked them as "ready to ship".
Many of you have probably already seen this, but The Dice Tower has been a given a pretty stellar review to Santorini, including the coveted Dice Tower Seal of Excellence!
They are also doing an Indiegogo campaign right now, which you can support by clicking here. We've decided to supply them with a promo card, which we will be revealing next week. Remember, Roxley doesn't believe in exclusive content, so the promo card will be offered as direct purchase from us and will also potentially be included in a future expansion.

Status Report - 2017.01.01 - EU & Canada Backers Shipping This Week!

Zone 2 - USA - Fulfillment is complete. If you do not have your package, please email [email protected]. There were some hiccups with tracking numbers, but Blue Nano Logistics (a division of Starlit Citadel) worked extremely hard to resolve the issues.
Zone 4 - South East Asia - Fulfillment is complete. If you do not have your package, please email [email protected]. Boarders Gaming Cafe did an excellent job with shipping the order out quickly an efficiently. Excellent work to them!

Zone 2 - USA - Blue Nano Logistics have shipped out all packages to USA backers! Over 4000 orders in less than a week - Wow! There was a glitch with Fedex's system which resulted in the system generating extra tracking numbers for each customer, and zero were sent out. Luckily the Blue Nano team recovered all the generated tracking numbers, and through a little bit of python coding wizardry, Gavan was able to utilize Fedex's API in order to determine which tracking numbers are valid.
Long story short: Blue Nano will be mass emailing everyone their tracking numbers by tomorrow. We know many of you have already received your games, so we apologize in advance for sending you a pointless email. If you are in need of your tracking number immediately, please email [email protected].
Zone 4 - South East Asia - Backers: 52 out of 99 sent, 21 received; Remainder will go out by end of day today. Reports from backers have been astounding. Huge props to our fulfillment partner in Malaysia, Boarders Game Cafe! Bruce and his team have done an amazing job!
Zone 6 - China & Rest of World - All but a few have been sent out. Great job to everyone at VFI Distribution!
Fulfilling Early January
Zone 1 - Canada - Games just made it into Canada. Fulfillment commencing January 3rd.
Zone 3 - Australia & NZ - Games on boat destined for Australia. Gameology sent us an email today stating the games should be arriving to shore by New Years. We are still on track for early January fulfillment, but there is always a possibility for delay at port and customs.
Zone 5 - Europe and Middle East - Games are now at Happyshops. Fulfillment commencing January 3.
David and Lina have created a beautiful little Christmas card for those of you who are giving the game as a present. Attach it to Santorini under the tree, or use it as a note in your loved one's stocking to tell them what's coming in January. Click here to download the card now!

Santorini App
As many of you who've received their game have noticed, there is a Santorini App in development right now. Right now our small team is focused on getting the game to you folks, but we hope to have the app in the app stores by some time in January.
